Have lived in the neighborhood for four years and this has been my go-to place when I have visitors in town. Love the food and outdoor atmosphere! The owner, Cy, is so friendly. So, my question is: why does everyone else there not have the same attitude she does? Manager sees my twice a week and acts more like we are strangers than regulars. (Not that he should act that way towards any customer). Because of this, we have opted for other places in the neighborhood with a friendlier staff. I'm not bashing the food - there is no other like it! I'm hoping the service changes or we may never venture back (which would break my grilled cheese loving heart)!
