An exciting new exhibition at Robert Henry Adams Fine Art features artworks by Murray Jones who studied and worked in Chicago during the 1930s and 40s. “Murray Jones—From Chicago to Kyoto: A Retrospective” is an exhibit worth seeing with large-scale works of abstract landscapes by an artist who blended Western abstract expressionism with Asian influences. Murray's 20th century works reveal 8th century Asian and modern Western influences. The exhibit runs from Fri 9/5 through Sat 1/31/09.
