Bernie's is the quintessential Cub watering hole. The food is great from the grills in the yard,and the drinks are just fine,thank you. Even if this were not true, Bernie's die-hard Cub fans make the place a treasure. It's unlike the yuppie,fern-bar atmosphere of some of the other bars around Wrigley. Bernie's is the home of the real fans.

Bernies is a great post game venue . Alot of older Cub fans head there . It has great food and a neat Beer Garden in the warmer months . You will be able to talk baseball with most folks there and the prices were not bad either.

Wouldn't take my AMEX card when charge wasn't $20(with a client before a ballgame). That is against their agreement with AMEX. Manager wouldn't even discuss it. Official complaint has been lodged with AMEX on 8/7/07 (as promised).

I love Bernie's. The beer is cheap and the Ladies our Friendly (Dorthy, your my favorite). The bartenders never hesitate to over server me. I have fallen asleep in the bathroom on many occasions. Bernie's is very welcoming to all Hawaiapinnos. thanks Bernies, i love you.
