My young kids like the environment and it was engaging for them. But why does the food have to be HORRIBLE? I ate a few bites but just left hungry.

Probably the worst dining experience I've had in years. The food was horrible and luke warm and totaly overpriced. The service was also terrible. Would never return.

About this cafe my friend told me just day before i was heading towards chicago. I didnt hought of making it to this cafe. But, my visit was worth. I just wanna tell all guys out there the trip to chicago ends at Rain forest with nice Lunch and Dinner in that forest with animals around. I just loved it. It will amaze you when you take someone out with you. So from now dont think much when you plan for weekend or vacation in chicago just bumpup in this cafe. I know you'l love it. Wouldn't go again! The decore is great and has really great features, but the service stinks. We didn't have the wait others had (15 min wait) but waiting for ordering took forever. then when we wanted extra sauce they told us we had to find our server! how the heck do you find the server??? now the food we had kid's shrimkens. the shrimp seemed uncooked because it was all wet and slimy..and that was the best of the food. the chicken was dried and gross. the french fries were frozen......and then it took forever to get the bill. i would've left and not paid if i had to wait any longerz!!!!!!

I would never go to The Rainforst Cafe again! We waited 50 minutes for our drink order to be taken. Several patrons that arrived after us received their food and drinks before us. When we asked to speak with the manager, he never came to our table. However, he did vist several people around us. If it had not been my daughters bday, I would have left. Crappy, Crappy, Crappy!

i loved the place it was soo neat and cool to see all that stuff where you eat at.. im from ohio..like the country part of ohio so i had never seen the city..and the cafe was the best part of my trip..i would love to go and eat there again sometime..if i go somewhere where theres one at...the prices were great..and the workers are so friendly and you just have a great time and you enjoy it so much..

Excellant food at great prices. Also, if you join the safari club, they offer 10% discount for food and merchandise, as well as immediate seating. Well worth the initial $10.00 cost with no renewal costs. This is good at other Laundry restaurants (Joe's Crab shack and others).
