I LOVE NEIL YOUNG. Went to see Heart of Gold movie and was thrown out in the first half of the movie because I clapped at the end of each song! I am 52 years old and saw him at a record store when he was with the Buffalo Springfield band. I WANT A REFUND AND DO NOT GO TO PIPER'S ALLEY for anything! Youngsters think they are YOUR parents!!

To the Uber-Italian "Mary Ellen Novelli-Del Cotto" below:
Speaking as a person who is 100% Italian, RELAX! Certain stereotypes exist in cultures for a reason, mainly because they are based on truth. I talk with my hands, suffer from familial guilt and love food almost as much as I love my mama. I found the characters reflecting truth without being insulting, and the characters were gregarious yet benevolent souls. Are you upset at the drug addicted ex-boyfriend? Well, he was crude because he was a drug addict, not because he was an Italian drug addict. Yes, I agree that you should have "stayed home and watched the home movies" of your Italian wedding. You should also do this whenever another Mafia crime boss gets indicted because that would just be "insulting". Oh, and you better stop eating pasta because that would be a stereotype as well.

This show was a travesty and an insult to any self-respecting Italian. If you're just an average, every day Italian-American as I am (all four grandparents came here from Italy) you wouldn't be able to recognize ANYTHING in this mishmosh of crude, grotesque characters. Most of it was embarrassing, and it really should have an R or an X rating. There were people who brought young children to this not knowing it would be so off color and tasteless. And even a lot of the BAD caricatures could have been forgiven if there had been about an iota of humor in any of it. But there wasn't. It was mostly the cast exhibiting the most boorish and crude behavior and delivering it in an in your face manner. Like, here, aren't I a loathsome jerk, and you paid $50.00 to be insulted like this. I wish I'd stayed home and rewatched my home movies of my own Italian wedding.
