The crab rangoon is the best!!! I thought Duck Walk had the best crab rangoon (and their wonton is AWESOME!!) but the filling at Penny's is better - more crab.

Our experience here was HORRIBLE, to the point that the guest i brought vomited after leaving. They should rename this place penny's cilantro. Every item including the soups had over a cup of cilantro on them, even items that didnt include the ingedient on the menu. We ate barly any of out food and then when asked for the check the waitess laughed and proceeded to take the money. I dont have anything agaisnt cilantro, but in the amounts they serve it it ruined all the dishes prepared for us. Dont go, and save yourself from getting sick. and if you do, id request alot less cilantro. Just a thought, and dont expect anyone to care if you like what u buy or not they are still going to charge you for it.

Delicious! For a wondeful meal at a reasonable price, Penny's Noodle Shop is the place to go. Every time we come back to Chicago from Colorado, my family ritual is to eat at Penny' s at least twice during our visit. Penny's is my children's favorite restaurant!

This was the second time I tried the food and the last time. The food is terrible. This food should not even be called "asian" food. I had beef with noodles, it was very hard and dry not to mention cold. It also was very bland. This place is not at all recommendable.
