Sub-par asian cooking for Lincoln Park Yuppies too lazy, or too scared to seek out something truly authentic.

Pad Thai is great and the spicy Basil Chicken is awesome. Very reasonably priced and good atmosphere.

This is a great restaurant with terrific atmosphere and top-notch fresh food. My friend travels from Wisconsin to eat here, and this is a 'MUST-DO' when my kids come for a visit from Geogia. They think Penny's should open a restaurant where they live! OUR FAMILY LOVES PENNY'S NOODLE SHOP ON DIVERSEY.

Even after moving out of the city and out to the suburbs, I often phone in an order and stop at Penny's on my way home to bring their delicious Pan-Asian food home for my family. We just can't get enough of it! I find myself constantly comparing other Asian restaurants' food to that of Penny's. No competition.

Jeanie Pittman is WAY off base. She needs to go back to Schaumburg or whatever obscure suburb she drove in from because she obviously doesn't live in the city. Maybe she should try eating at more than one Asian restaurant before she gives such a scathing review.

I've been eating there almost every Friday night for several years. The food is great, the service is faster than any restaurant I've ever seen, and the prices can't be beat. It's one of my favorite places to eat in the city. Ask anyone that has lived in the area for a recommendation on a good noodle shop and they will highly recommend going to Penny's.

I Loved Penny's! I had the Thai Ravioli and was amazed at how good pork, peanuts, and bean sprouts could taste together. Very reasonable prices, I don't think I noticed anything over $6 on the menu.

Penny's is great. Jeannie Pittman needs to stay home. Try the Spicy Basil Chicken or Sliced Chicken. Mmmmmmm!!

Thumbs down!! This is about the worst restaurant I've tried. The food is horrible not at all worth going in. The price is somewhat reasonable however the food was so bad, I felt as though I'd thrown away my money. The last dish I had was with beef with cold noodles. The beef looked like tidbits, it was very dry and bland. "where's the beef?" I do not know how this place stays busy, maybe because there's not many choices around the area. This place is not recommandable at all.
