Why don't more people head to Nick's Uptown ? Because of the bartenders. Unfriendly, or not friendly , take your pick , and not going to tell you about drink specials.All this near one of the busiest bar strips in America . One of the worst bars I've been to in years.

I went to Nick's last weekend and had a really good time. It's awesome that it's open late, wasn't kill-yourself-crowded and had cool decor (especially the wall of liquor bottles filled with colored water and backlit) but I did have a major problem with the music. They had a digital jukebox with a good selection but they didn't even play all of my songs and all the the songs I picked seemed to be played at random times between really awful songs, mostly hard, angry rock. Liked the bar but found myself hating both the absurd volume and horrible quality of the music played. Nick's, figure this out!
