This is a must stop for the cub fan . Prices may be a bit high but you are in the heart of Cub country ...Murphys is at the top of ESPN's best sports bars . Try the burgers they are great and cooked to order .They have a great selection of draft beer. Go Cubs 08

Forget the baseball days of Summer, settle in for a Bears game. Great food, a "grabber" of a slection of good beers. Yes, you get the tinny voiced frat idiots/girlfriends, but, they soon understand not to yap too much. This bar is worth stopping in for a few hours on a Sunday. The staff is of the quality and intelligents you will not find up and down Clark . Order the pizza! I was there on its debut; It' still excellent.

murphys is a great pregame watering hole . get there early as it gets packed. they have numerous beers on tap and great burgers.they really did a great job fixing this place up .go cubbies all the way in 06...

Murphy's is an awesome bar with a great atmosphere. The Bleachers started out as Ernie's Bleachers in the 30's, a drive up hot dog stand selling beer by the pail. Obviosly, they have expanded and grown over the years and is now regarded as the home of homes to Cubs Fans. The true Cubs Fans rock at Murphy's Bleachers before the game. By the way, for the guy who wants a t-shirt, they sell them at www.MurphysBleachers.com

Murphy's is a total dive, and would be empty if it wasn't for Wrigley field across the street They steal money from the Cubs by having the rooftops, and they scalp tickets from inside the bar. Abnd, they have the nerve to complain when the Cubs want to expand the bleachers!
