I was a regular at michaels for years mainly because they were close to where I lived. The service there is horrible. They're slow if they get to you at all, no matter how many servers they have working there(Which by the way are all guys) not that guys can't be good servers but they just hire friends that need work.you constantly have to go to the bar and order and they ignore you there too. I actually like the guys that work there, they just shouldn't be in the industry. The food and abundance of televisions definetaly keep this place in business.

I have lived near Michaels for a couple years now, but it took this summer for me to venture in and check the place out. And now that football season is here, my friends and I head down almost every week to watch the Lions lose.. ha.. but regardless it's a chill laid back place with tons of tvs with tons of games on. The server/counter staff are great and even though it gets busy and it could take a bit to get their attention, when you do they're great. Their specials are sweet and their food is your typical bar food but worthy of ordering to go/delivery. its my new favorite sports spot!

I'm sure that the delivery is great, but the true definition of Michael's can only be exerienced by going in. Since moving to Chicago about 18 monhs ago, the folks, employees and customers alike, have become some very dear frinds. The food is great, the prices are great, but Michael's has that "something else" that makes it such a wonderful place. After a couple visits, you're no longer a stranger, rare in a busy restaurant. I love Michael's and their entire staff. They made my move easy and I'm lucky they're here.

I order pizza (carry out) from here about once a week. I've always had friendly service whether stopping by for drinks and food or just getting a carry out order. Also, they have some really good food specials. Oh, and the pizza is pretty damn good.

EXTREME HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! BEWARE!! I was a loyal patron of Michael's for three years and service was completely horrible. The driver always insisted on a tip and the phone service was abrupt and confrontative. The last and obviously the last time I called the phone operator hung up on my friend and I called back. We give them a lot of business I might add. The phone operator told me that "You know you need a $10 order to deliver, you should know that by now, every time you order you know that." I've given you guys business for three years of course I know that. I would have ordered a lot more and given you guys a lot more if he was not rude in his manner. He has always been rude, abrubt, and did not have any concern or even a slight care about a customer that has been loyal for three years. I am in the industry and will tell everyone and their mother about Michael's care about people and their well being.

this place blows..... sorry to say it but its true. i went there last week on a wednesday, there were like 4 people in the place, and i had to get up multiple times to get the server because he thought hitting on the nasty girl at the bar was more important than sucuring a decent tip.... hope those 2 buks went far on our $65 tab.....

Great place to eat, and enjoy watching your favorite chicago team on one of there multiple hd tv's. Great place to come with friends to have a cheap night out on the town! Best part, there pizza. When friends come to visit from out of town, first thing they want is Michaels Pizza!

Horrible service,DO not eat here!!! I have ordered from here many times and turned lots of friends on to this place.Last time I ordered they didnt deliver and when I called to find out why, they didnt even call and said I wasnt there when the guy came. The manager was super rude, and this place has HORRIBLE customer service. I would recomend Villa May pizza which has thin crust also. My friends have had problems here also with rudeness on the phone. If customer service means something do not eat at this rude establishment!

I used to live about 2 blocks from Michael's and was definitely a regular. The food is great and the patrons are the best. Everyone goes to hang out have a few beers and watch sports. Not pretentious or phoney.

We have been going to Michaels for over 9 years. Great food. Try the extra thin crust pizza with Italian beef and giardiniera. Their original wings...all drummies with sauce on the side are the best in Chicago. The pork chop dinner is also very good. The owners Nick and Miles are great folks.
