A friend and I took a mutual friend there this Friday for his birthday it was a disaster from the start. He ordered a salad and it came out with EVERYTHING he requested that they leave off. It took at least 10 minutes to find a server to correct the situation. When it was corrected it was impossible to get utensils. When we had waved at SIX employees to request utensils we were told by our waitress that they would be supplied with our entree. I GUESS AT JACK'S CAESAR SALAD IS A FINGER FOOD! To top it all off it was at least 85 degrees in the restaurant. After our meal it was a relief to walk outside to a cool breeze and a pleasant greeting from the parking valet. It was the first pleasant experience of the entire night at Jack's.

I went there valentine's weekend. It was the most unplaned, unexpected romantic night. My partner and I were visiting from Indiana, and were told to go to boystown, but had no idea where to go. Stoped in and was pleasently suprised the food was fabulious, and atmosphere perfect. Will make it a regular stop while in Chicago. ****

We just love this restauraunt! Hands down the best wait staff & the most delicious, always changing menu. We are never disappointed.
