I have stayed at the Hyatt twice for the New Years Party. The first time I had no complaints. The second time was very different. My reservation was lost so make sure you recieve a confirmation number. Although they did come through and find me another room the day before however it was a confrence room that had two cotts and a dry erase board inside. Not very romantic. I was so angry. They promised me a room with two full beds not two cots. BEWARE.
