great location. very poorly managed. housekeeping mediocre, bathrooms in need of remodel. surly front desk people. Other than location and laundry service, I have nothing positive to say about this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Inept front desk. Paid for lakeview, did not get lakeview. Did credit me accordingly. Excellent location - walking distance to everything. Stetsons (hotel restaurant) was busy so we got room service. WOW! Out of this world!!! Nothing like it. Made up for the front desk.
