Haven't been to Emperor's Choice in a number of years, so we decided to take the Grandchildren agest 9, 7, & 18 mos. They were very kid friendly and brought a high chair for the youngest. The service was excellent and the prices reasonable. As far as the food goes, the Emperor's Kung Po was excellent. The Mongolian Beef was OK. The Orange Chicken was very good, but a bit spicy for the children. I guess they were thinking it would be more like Panda Express.

Ordered the "fresh oysters steamed in black bean, ginger, garlic and scallions". I was assured by the server that they were indeed fresh. The oyster shells were not fresh they were well cleaned and washed; there was no attachment of the oyster to the shell; that means bulk packaged oysters were used. This reflected in the texture, flavor and quality of the oyster dish.False advertising. This caliber of restaurant should be ashamed. Better watch out for the rest of sea food dishes, who knows what you may be served!
