I had a blast and I am not really a big fan of Blues but I went on Mon. with my husband. I will definately go again and have a few cocktails and good music. I am going to write about this club in my final paper in music class. Two Thumbs Up on the whole experience.

YES IT ROCKS!!!! For me it ROCKS Blues on Monday nights!!! I know Billy Branch (Super harp player..AND singer) a little from seeing him at Artis and other clubs in Chicago. He told me he's been playin Monday nights at Artis for 30+ years and they have a great following. I'll be there for sure this monday cuz....#1 Billy Branch is there and #1A - Artis Lounge is the best place to hear the Billy Brnach and the SOB's (Sons of Blues!) Give Artis lounge a visit - The BEST value in Blues entertainment. You never know who might stop in and jam!!!

This place rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was in Chicago last summer,looking for some blues and decided to drop in late one night.Billy Branch & his band were smoking,service at the bar was great,the drinks are cheap and the crowd was real friendly,lively and into it. The more the people danced,the harder the band played,the harder the band was boogieing,the more the crowd was getting down and so on... You just ain't gonna find this kind of action over in those North Side clubs y'all.A little bit off the beaten path but well worth the trip.CHECK IT OUT!!!
