They've gotten pretty sloppy over there. The staff used to be crisp, good eye contact and something resembling a pleasant attitude. What used to be the jazz mcdonalds has become just like any other ghetto mcdonalds. Get it together, people!

They forgot my 5 hash browns that I ordered thru the drive thru. Tried calling n calling and phone was busy all day.
