I just got back from flying through O'Hare; I had a two hour layover on the outbound trip and a four hour on the way back.
I was looking for a place to sit down for a second and go over some things with a coworker, and after having sat down in a nearly empty, quiet place (Goose Island), an incredibly rude older female bartender asked what we were going to order and we said nothing for the moment, and she told us we had to leave. I'll make a point to tell everyone I can about the not-so-friendly service and rotten hospitality. I wound up getting a bite from the Billy Goat, which was great fun, and on my return trip I steered clear of Goose Island and had a wonderful panini and draft beer at the Berghoff Cafe, which I wholeheartedly recommend. Don't waste your time or money at Goose Island.
