The food is great, however, the service is absolutely horrible. Average wait time for a cup of soup or toasted bagel to go: 10-15 minutes, 20-25 minutes for a full meal order if you are lucky, they might have your tea in stock, if you are even luckier you will actually get what you ordered. I just end up going to starbucks across the street. Too bad, the food is good, but not worth the wait.
