Mindy and Mark, your restaurant serves very,very tasty sandwiches. That's great. Now, in the name of all things holy, DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR SERVICE! It is God-awful. It's slow, slow, slow. And rude, rude, rude. You get orders wrong all the time, and you don;t care. What is wrong with you? Just stop it.
Fix your service. Retrain your staff. Or throw them out and start anew. Get some sort of process in place in the kitchen so food and drink can be served in a somewhat timely manner. You are losing business.
People will not come back when they've been burned once, twice, three times. Do something! Save your restaurant.

I love jerry's. I have been going to the old one since it opened but I recently moved which makes the division one very convientent. I love it. My one complaint is that I do thing that the sandwiches are a little cheap for division. I do not think the drinks are over priced for what they are. I agree that they have the cutests waiters and bartender on division. I love it and anyone who complains obviously has no taste.

Depends on what you order. The foccacia is just ok, too clammy and the salmon sandwich was cold. However there is an amazing array of choices and I love sandwiches. I want to give this place a third try. The first visit was more successful. The service was good the first time and lukewarm the second.

Jerry's has a staggering array of intesting and delicious sandwich filling combinations, a wonderful selection of beers, and the cutest waitstaff and bartender on division street. prices are fine. we're talking high quality sandwich here, folks.

This place was just ok. Sitting outside was great but the drinks are really expensive and so are the sandwiches. Service was ok
