I forgot to mention, this place gives enormous amounts of extra tapioca when you ask....it costs like a quarter more, but well worth it

Always delivers, never disappoints. The drinks are amazing as per usual, esp. the mango strawberry mixed, or the mango french vanilla mix --- and the staff is super cool. Lots of cute guys that work here too...so ladies, you know where to go next time youre at woodfield :)

What on God's green earth are you talking about "Marvin"??? Everyone uses frozen fruits. Have you not been to Jamba Juice before? Frozen fruits are more sanitary because they don't go bad or are unripe. I go to to Woodfield Mall shop all the time, and they are great -- you've lost your mind!

Yes, stay away from this place at Woodfield. The workers are rude and fruits are frozen, not fresh. Very disappointed in the drinks they make and service. Definitely avoid this place.

I love Chill! I usually go to the bloomingdale store b/c it's closer to my house. The woodfield stores smaller and kind of hard to find (in between claires and some taco place) next to cheesecake factory, on the upper floor. i would def recommend the fresh fruit mango for newbies, and the kiwi/banana is yummy!

Very disappointing. I've enjoyed bubble tea or boba from numerous places in the united states. I love the Chill store on dempster. But Woodfield mall was a disappointment to say the least. The staff was rude and when I asked for my drink unblended, they refused to make it this way. Yet this is the original way it was made.I ended up just walking away from the place. I would definitely tell anyone to avoid this tea shop.
