WOW! What an enjoyable and fun dining experience at Sinha. I loved the idea of being invited to eat authentic Brazilian food in the home of the chef, Jorgina Pereira. Greeting by Jorgina and her staff is friendly and genuine. From the moment you arrive you are catered to with appetizers, drinks, and entertainment with tango dancers. Following the tango dancing show/demonstration, they invite willing guests to engage in a tango lesson with their own partner - what fun! Finally, Jorgina directs everyone to the dining room located in the basement, or you have the option of eating on the patio. I enjoyed Jorgina's continuous interaction with us throughout the dining experience which ranged from giving a description of all of the food dishes and how they were prepared (not her secret recipes of course, to her constant service. Birthday diners were given first opportunity to go to the buffet table - how wonderful! I also enjoyed the diversity of the other diners - they were a pleasant group. Now, to the most important part of the dining experience - the food! The food was delicious. The presentation was appealing (although I would have prefered the food to be hotter, but perhaps the warming pans needed to be heated longer)and the food was absolutely delicious. I will definitely return again!
