I stopped in at Coffee Chicago while I was on a business trip. It was a really nice place. The staff was friendly, and the crowd was great. I met a really great woman in there. We are planning on getting married next June. Thank you Coffee Chicago!!!!!!

Great atmosphere, location, and service. The only gripe I have about Coffee Chicago is the music. Sometimes it's classic rock. Other days--smooth jazz. Makes me feel like I am the dentist's office...

We were in Chicago visiting relatives, and stopped at Coffee Chicago. What a nice relaxing place to have a cup of coffee and a tastey treat. They had a nice friendly staff there also.

On a recent visit to chicago I stopped at Coffee Chicago. Just loved their scones. It was a quiet friendly place. I could savor the coffee and read the paper in a peaceful setting

The HollyWOOF Action Committee (www.hollywoof.org) has held several meetings there and Cofee Chicago has been so very gracious and helpful in our efforts to get a dog friendly area nearby.
Personally, I love their ICE CREAM (especially the Mango) and their staff has always been very sweet and accommodating. Kelly, the owner, has been so helpful to us and has gone out of her way to support us and the community.
Thanks so much COFFEE CHICAGO!

I was impressed with the friendly service I recieved at Coffee Chicago, which is one of the reasons I choose the coffee shops I do. Plus, I thought the girl was really cute.

Terrible.
The service at atmosphere at this place has been plummeting for the past year. I tried to give them one more chance yesterday and the following scene ensued:
I ordered a strawberry/bananna smoothie which took almost 5 minutes for the girl to prepare. At the end of which she realized she hadn't even made enough, so she asked if I wanted whipped cream, which I didn't. She hands me the drink which is about 3/4 full and charges me $4. I leave the location, not wanting to sit with the assortment of homeless folks who frequent the coffee house and begin to sip my drink as I walk. After two blocks I look through the transparent plastic cup and realized there is a huge black hair curled up around the INSIDE of the glass. It was repulsive. I will never return to coffee chicago. I'd recommend walking a few blocks west and trying cafe Boost instead.
