I have always gotten great service at Bridgeport Coffeehouse. On the whole, their staff is very friendly. It doesn't take much to figure out that there is no "Sally" that works there...it seems like Ronny needs a friend. I love their tea.

Come here almost 5 times a week for the past 3 months...just like all the other customers.....I have noticed that I get bad service along with other people who dont look like the customers they want....They want the White Yuppie type...not the normal Chicago native of 27 years who went to grammer school 2 blocks away from there and lived in the same house 4 blocks from there.
I am not sure if the young ladie who does this is part owner (sally? I think her name is) but she got some nerve treating people like this...I have left her a dollar tip for about 2 months and tried to chit chat like everyone else and still cant get on her good side....unlike the other people that she scares off...I need to use their free internet..but believe me I am out of here when I find another coffee shop
