This is more a preview. During Hispanic Heritage Month and Chicago Artists Month, five artists from the Latina/o diaspora, based in Chicago, Kentucky, St. Louis, and Mexico and originally from Guatemala,Mexico, and Panama will exhibit art work. Lucia Gomez (Chicago, Illinois), Diane Kahlo (Lexington, Kentucky), Jesus Macarena-Avila (Chicago, Illinois), Francisco Mora, deceased (Cuernavaca, Mexico), Gisele Mercier (Chicago, Illinois) and Fabio Rodriguez (St. Louis, Missouri)". Guest curator: Jesus Macarena-Avila SEPT. 10, 2008 2-5pm reception.Open M-F 8am to 6 pm. FREE. Parking on campus $4.00.

This is a beautiful public space on Chicago State University's growing campus, on the glorious South Side of Chicago. Vist the 3rd floor, Cook Administration Bldg. to see wonderful, educational and challenging original art produced by local, national and international artists.
