The Bakery Girls have visited so many bakeries they are becoming experts in finding the ultimate bakery. They have many missions and one it to find the best Italian cannoli. They stopped at Pasticceria Natalina and purchased cannoli. They learned so much about the making of a canoli from ingredients to the shells. A lot of love goes into those cannoli . I would recommend their cannoli if you are looking for a cannoli that is authentic in taste. The cannoli is the only item that would bring me back to Pasticceria Natalina.

Move over Swedish Bakery - Natalina's may be 1/5th your size, but it is 5 times more delicious. I literally just had the best Mille Feuille I have ever eaten from Pasticceria Natalina. It was near perfection - the creme was so fresh, the layers so flaky and buttery - and, unlike most Mille Feuilles, it wasn't overly sweet. A perfect blend of sweet, sour, spicy and salty. I know it sounds odd, but the flavors blended beautifully. To boot, Natalina and her husband who own and create all the treats and friendly and welcoming. The only downside I would say, is that this place tends to be pricey. My Mille Feuille was $4 and a Marzipan cake is $7. But honestly, there are many other places in the area that charge just as much for half the quality.

I enjoyed the mini cannoli but I have to admit, at $3.00, it is twice the price (or half the size of a regular cannoli at $3.00) of the BEST cannoli from Bruno Bakery in NYC. Natalina is just a bit too expensive for what you get even if if the cannoli shells are hand rolled. The same is true with the slice of ricotta cheesecake, just a bit too expensive for the serving size.

This place is wonderful! Not only are the pastries amazing, but the family atmosphere is warming. Make sure to ask about putting in a cannoli order, you will not be disappointed! Two thumbs up!
