Supermint is a power pop act out of Chicago, that features catchy melodies and Beatlesque harmonies. The sound is very diverse, as this band's sound ranges from pop-punk to alternative to adult contemporary. Their live show are fun, energetic and always entertaining, as this band can work any crowd into a frenzy.
In 1999, the band's debut CD became available on Insurgence Records, with national distribution through Midwest Artists Distribution, and can be found at Best Buy, Circuit City, Tower Records, etc...
With a new CD slated for release in early 2003, Supermint is catching the music world by surprise with new songs, a new look and an ever growing fanbase. Record labels are taking notice of some great new songs. This fall, the band will be showing off some of the new material as they tour with the newly reunited Gin Blossoms.
