| If it isn’t country, and country with a bite, it isn’t Shilo. Established in 1997, Shilo has performed at venues all over the Midwest. Shilo has shared the stage with many well known Country Music Artists; Toby Keith, Gary Alan, Charlie Daniels, Jack Ingram, Diamond Rio, Phil Vasar, Lee Greenwood, Lee Ann Womack, Joe Nichols and many more. Shilo prides themselves on their live show, and keeps one of the busiest schedules of any regional country act, playing as many as 100 shows a year.
Shilo signed a recording contract with Clear Diamond Records, an Indiana based indie-rock record label. Shilo is set to release two singles very soon to country radio. Fiddler player Travis Gow and lead singer Bryan Brager have an up close and personal style. These two can often be found not only in the audience, but on the tables, and who knows we might even catch them swinging in on a rope!
Shilo is the perfect five piece blend of Guitar, Fiddle, Mandolin, Bass and Drums. They have enjoyed playing the songs of the country music legends; Hank Williams Sr., Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, George Jones, Hank JR just to name a few. Shilo admires the styles of many southern rock bands, including Skynyrd and great artists like Travis Tritt. Combine all of this and you’ll begin to understand what thousands in the Midwest have termed “Being Shiloized“.
