| Second trombonist of the Chicago Lyric Opera, and principal trombonist of the Santa Fe Opera, Fisher has also served as a guest with a number of leading orchestras, including Chicago, Detroit, Minnesota, San Francisco, and St. Louis. The Mason City, Iowa native has degress from the University of Northern Iowa and the New England Conservatory of Music, and serves on the faculty at Depaul University and the Banff International Festival. He's also a gifted euphoniumist, whose solo euphonium recording is available on Albany.
