High-energ jazz saxophonist Jesse Scinto leads the old-time rock'n'roll/blues/jazz Dignitaries, with whom he has released Rock & Roll Dream (2001, Marquis). New City's James Porter says "...Jesse Scinto and the Dignitaries...hit the nail on the head, a full-on backbeat homage to all the horn blowers of the era..."
