Hazing Kate distills rock, bluegrass, blues and punk into Original American Roots music with a country twang.
Martin Morgan (guitar,vocals) and Patrick Bryant (bass) formed Hazing Kate as a vehicle to hone their musical ideas and song-crafting abilities. After building and impressive repertoire of original material, the dup recruited Adam Heinlen (guitar, vocals) and Scott Tyrcha (drums) to fill out the band's sound for gigs throughout Chicagoland.
With an impressive range of originals and covers, the band is beginning to play shows in and around Chicago. A recently recorded three-song demo showcases the band's talent, but nothing tops the exciting showmanship of a live concert.
