ACM is a non-profit organization in Chicago dedicated to promoting the music of contemporary Jazz and Classical composers.
Through exciting live concerts in venues like the Chopin Theatre, the Chicago Cultural Center and the Green Mill, ACM has brought contemporary classical music to new audiences throughout Chicago.
Through exciting web-based programs like Weekly Readings and Composer Alive ACM has brought the music to new audiences around the world.
Current projects include a documentary of their collaboration with Beijing composer, Xiaogang Ye, a recording of his piece Datura for a German CD label and appearances at the University of Chicago and Stanford University in Pan-Asian music festivals.
