| 1911 - Thomas Edmund Byrnes, a feature writer for the Chicago Daily News, was born in 1911 in Chicago. He attended Loyola University in Chicago and later lived in Woodstock, IL. In addition to being a journalist, he wrote "All My Darlings," a novel that was made into a play, plus another play and the scripts to several industrial films. Works:
