Originally designed to accommodate visitors to the World's Columbian Exposition in 1893, the 14-story hotel is adjacent to Grant Park and features 850 rooms, a barber shop, exercise facilities, valet dry cleaning and shoe shining. It also is home to the Tavern Tap Pub and Gazebo Restaurant, which serves three meals of American fare daily.
