Additional info: Founded in 1979, Lynfred Winery claims to have fueled great expansion in the Illinois grape and wine industry. We like the sound of that. Lynfred is the oldest and largest continuously operated winery in the state, producing more than 50 varietals and 25,000 cases per year.
