What to expect:Tons of kite-flying teams from Chicago, Milwaukee and Puerto Rico will perform at this 23-year-old event in Milwaukee's Veterans Park (one of the top kite-flying parks in the world, they say), but kids can participate too. There will be kites available for sale onsite, free kite-flying lessons, and performances from all over the place.
