The swelling maestro of Iceland's Sigur Ros – that band that will make your girlfriend cry with joy – Jonsi Birgisson eschews his native tongue on his first solo foray, Go, singing most songs in English. Though the songs are epically sprawled and ethereal like those of his band, some new freedoms emerge in this new setting.
