Armed with two EPs - 2008's early Wilco-esque debut, Innocence Isn't Easy and now '09's Canadian Dew - the Detroit-based Scarlet Oaks has primed itself for a lengthy journey down the one-lane roads of Americana, despite lead singer Mike Munerantz's near-British punk inflection.
