As a teaser for the second annual Chicago Blues & Bluegrass Festival this December at the Congress Theater, this Berwyn club is hosting the world's most eco-friendly group, Chicago's own The Giving Tree Band, along with 2009 WAMI (WI Area Music Industry) "Artist of the Year" award-winners The Liberty Bluegrass Band. Rowdy, downstate six-piece the Henhouse Prowlers, equally revered for their spins on "Helter Skelter" as their tributes to Bill Monroe (the father of bluegrass), will open. (Gavin Paul)
