OK, so you probably know that this Wicker Park used bookstore has pretty much everything a bibliophile could desire. But did you know that the tome-filled space also hosts weekly music events? There aren't many cooler settings to witness some of Chicago’s finest musicians than among the stacks at Myopic, and drummer extraordinaire Jimmy Bennington should reward a highly literate audience with some inspired experimental jazz; he'll be accompanied by talented pianist Ben Boye.
