The grandeur and sophistication of the
Four Seasons Hotel extends to its bar and lounge. Tucked just off of the hotel's conservatory and restaurant (which both possess spectacular views of Michigan Avenue) is the bar. The small bar exudes a club-like feel (country not disco) and is free of windows. With a jacketed bartender and a mostly jacketed clientele, show up dressed too casually and you'll feel like the only one not wearing a costume to a Halloween party.
During the day, the bar stands in stark contrast to the ladies next door sipping tea, eating salads, and enjoying the view. However, nights complete with live jazz offer an organic pre- and post-dinner adjunct.
