Steak takes center stage at this Rosebud family steakhouse, located just east of Michigan Avenue. Steak lovers will have their choice, among other dishes, of Rosebud's signature 20-ounce prime bone-in NY strip Pizziola, a 14-ounce prime filet, a petit filet with pommes frites and a 34-ounce porterhouse. By request, all steaks can be prepared al forno, peppercorn, gorgonzola garlic or Cajun-style. Those who shy away from meat will have no shortage of seafood dishes to choose from, including Asian ahi tuna and Dover sole. A floor-to-ceiling wine rack boasts a thorough collection of Italian, French and American wines.
