Coming up with a fresh concept for jaded scenesters can be tricky. They've seen the generic, the rustic, the futuristic and the not-so fantastic. They've checked out every "insert-name-here bar" out there. But the brains behind RiNo have actually pulled off something original with Manor, a 4,200-square-foot, English-castle-inspired space bedecked with dark woods, stone walls and Bordeaux accents. Cylinder light fixtures suspend overhead and oversize paintings hang on the walls. The marble bar, with wrought-iron lanterns, will serve as your standing post if the leather booths reserved for bottle service don't suit you.
Striving to make the ladies feel like princesses and the men like Prince Charmings, Manor caters to any need you can beckon. Bellmen open doors for guests, butlers man the 20 "L"-shaped tables and a concierge will help you plan a last-minute drunken trip. With lock boxes built into the seats to safely store your valuables, you can hit the dance floor and groove on the platforms on the back of the booths sans wallet or purse.
Your regal buzz will set you back; cocktails cost $10 to $15, and you can fork over as much as $3,500 or as "little" as $300 for bottle service. Cover varies, but ladies are always free. Stylish dress is a must here, but even if you don’t look fashionable, you can still arrive in style to the after party at RiNo. If you so choose, a limo-like "party bus" will drive you there.
