The sign outside of Sterch's offers a glimpse, nay, a full comprehension, of the kind of place that you're about to enter. The disclaimer goes something like this: "No Corona. No Foolish Drinks. Limited Dancing." Knowing what is on the sign, you can easily draw the same conclusion that I did: Sterch's is a bar for backwards-capped frat boys and their mixed drink-addicted girlfriends who like to dance, dance, dance!

However, enter Sterch's and find nothing short of pretention-free vibes. Try starting with the older crowd, Guinness signs, gambling arcade game and the small but essential selection of bottled beer and draughts. Better yet, take a trip to enjoy the small setting and pleasant alternative to crowded, student-packed bars. Also, check out the most excellent picture of Neil Diamond on the board.
